Job Responsibilities Core Responsibilities Lead and manage the HR Shared Services team to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of HR operational services. Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, exits, employee data management, payroll inputs, and benefits administration. Serve as the primary escalation point for employee and manager queries related to HR policies, processes, and systems. Ensure adherence to defined SLAs, KPIs, and service quality standards; monitor volumes, turnaround times, and accuracy. Drive operational consistency through process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, audit requirements, and data privacy standards. Partner closely with HR Business Partners, COEs, Payroll, and IT to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain and optimize HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ticketing tools), ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Prepare regular operational reports and dashboards for leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and improvement actions. Support change initiatives related to HR process or system updates, including communication and training support.
