About the role

We are looking for proactive Marketing Assistant Trainees to join our dynamic teams. This position is ideal for recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience across marketing, digital campaigns, and market research. Responsibilities

  • Marketing Support
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

  • Support event coordination, product launches, and brand activations
  • Digital Marketing
  • Help develop email marketing campaigns and newsletters
  • Support the monitoring of digital marketing performance using analytics tools
  • Market Research & Analysis
  • Assist in competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Support marketing data analysis and prepare reports
  • Administrative & Team Support
  • Help maintain marketing databases and update customer records
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation
  • Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams as needed
  • Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or similar
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and content creation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with design tools is a plus
