Job Summary Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless order management from start to finish? This role is based in Taubaté, Brazil (hybrid model). You will join a customer-focused, collaborative, and solution-oriented team responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Where You'll Make a Difference Manage customer orders end-to-end, including order entry, confirmation, invoicing, and delivery follow-up Process domestic and export orders in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements Coordinate documentation and resolve issues to ensure on-time and accurate delivery to customers Handle and process credit notes and debit notes related to sales orders or customer claims Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses Coordinate and follow up on customer complaints and service cases related to orders Collaborate closely with sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and service excellence Use product knowledge, availability insights, and customer-specific information to provide effective solutions What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree (any field) 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain in a B2B environment Knowledge of domestic and international trade processes Experience working with SAP (Enterprise Resource Planning system) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to analyze situations, exercise sound judgment, and respond to customer needs with sensitivity Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across different levels of the organization How Would You Stand Out?
