Job Description ShopNJoy is looking for a hands-on Marcomm Specialist to support day-to-day marketing communications, content planning, social media execution, campaign coordination, and marketing operations. The role supports the Group CMO in turning marketing direction into clear, creative, and well-executed communications across shopper, merchant, partner, campaign, and internaltouchpoints. Roles & Responsibilities - Plan and maintain the monthly content calendar. - Create and coordinate content for social media, website, app, campaigns, and merchant/shopper communications. - Support short-form videos, captions, campaign posts, merchant features, and brand storytelling. - Write and adapt clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy. - Support communications for shoppers, merchants, partners, internal teams, and campaigns. - Help ensure ShopNJoy's tone of voice is consistent across all touchpoints. - Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and shopper/merchant initiatives. - Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, approvals, and follow-ups. - Assist with social media boosting, basic digital marketing tracking, and campaign reports. - Ensure promotional messages and campaign mechanics are clear and accurate. - Coordinate with designers, vendors, freelancers, printers, suppliers, and remote marketing support. - Manage marketing trackers, asset folders, content records, and working documents. - Follow up on marketing deliverables and ensure execution stays organised and on time. - Work with internal teams such as sales, merchant operations, product, and support. - Support brand consistency across marketing and communication materials. - Help develop simple brand, campaign, merchant, and shopper communication assets. - Bring creative ideas for content, social media, campaigns, and digital engagement. - Use AI and digital tools responsibly to improve speed, quality, and creativity.
