About the role

You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst (Project Team Lead) in the Advanced Amphibious Assault (AAA) Program Office of MARCORSYSCOM/Portfolio Acquisition Executive-Marine Corps (PAE-MC). Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: - Mastery level of knowledge of, and demonstrated experience in Defense Acquisition Program Management policies and activities. This includes significant knowledge of the wide range of technical and business systems, processes and practices used to manage weapon systems acquisition, the DoD planning, programming, budgeting, and execution system. Ability to plan for and synthesize requirements of competency areas, including engineering, logistics, budget, and other functional specialties into integrated strategies and processes to support the acquisition program -Ability to lead a team of individuals possessing diverse skills engaged in Defense Acquisition program activities. This also includes a sound understanding of matters dealing with team formation, team training, and professional development. -Mastery in problem solving and decision-making techniques.
