- For Manufacturing Engineer II: 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role
- Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing process simulation tools
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and methods including flow, layout, assembly and production equipment, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Automation or machining experience highly desired
- Experience in the aerospace or defense industry (preferred)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management systems (preferred)
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (preferred)
