This includes defining project goals, developing schedules, and managing budgets to achieve objectives. Leadership and Communication: Leading and integrating the efforts of multiple teams, preparing and presenting briefings to high-ranking military and civilian managers, and resolving diverse or controversial technical viewpoints. Innovation: Formulating, evaluating, and promoting the generation and exchange of new concepts, principles, methods, and practices to stimulate the development of new policies and techniques.
