HR Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements from department managers and prepare job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Negotiate salary packages and extend offer letters.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding formalities.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Experience using job portals and professional networking platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software/ATS systems.
