You're not getting coffee. You're getting things done that the CEO can't get to - and some things he hasn't thought of yet. As Founders Associate at Prospeum, you work directly with the CEO across strategy, operations, and growth. You explore new initiatives, drive them from idea to execution, and make sure the 50 things on the "we should do this" list actually happen. This starts as an internship. If you're the right person, it becomes a full-time role - and the scope grows with you. Tasks Drive cross-functional projects from idea to execution, including competitive intelligence, partnership development, marketing campaigns, event coordination, and hiring processes. Research and structure strategic opportunities in new markets, partnerships, and product angles. Manage operational tasks that keep the business running, such as pipeline tracking, reporting, partner coordination, and proposal preparation. Prepare customer-facing materials, including decks, one-pagers, and data analysis. Coordinate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and external partners. Identify problems before they become emergencies and propose solutions, not just raise flags. Build processes where none exist - you're creating the playbook, not following one.
