Responsibilities

  • Lead MINI sales performance across assigned East Asia markets, managing wholesale, retail, profitability, and cost targets to drive business growth

  • Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Management, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, product management, automotive, or regional business roles
  • Strong planning, analytical, and stakeholder management skills demonstrated through effective collaboration with diverse regional stakeholders
  • Commercially driven, proactive, and adaptable with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
