*** This position is contingent upon contract award *** SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an Environmental Safety & Health Manager to provide support for a Facilities and Life Support Contract performed at an overseas location. Essential Job Duties Expert knowledge of occupational safety and health, fire protection engineering, or environmental compliance and restoration management concepts, principles, practices, and procedures, body of laws, and regulations. Minimum Requirements Active in scope Secret security clearance. Bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health, Fire Protection Engineering,Industrial Hygiene, Health Physics, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline. Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience. A credential in the area of expertise (Professional Engineer license, Certified Safety professional, Certified Industrial Hygienist, qualified environmental professional or approved equivalent). Work Environment Must reside at an overseas location. Long hours, exposure to harsh weather and other hazardous conditions. Wearing of location appropriate PPE and clothing when in the field is required.
