Assistant Producer, Prems - Sky Creative

Responsibilities

• Assist Producers and wider team in the production of high quality 360 advertising campaigns (TV, OOH, digital, press).
• Work closely with creatives and designers to ensure they have what they need from maintaining team documents, resources and project and budget trackers.
• Help plan and arrange resources e.g., booking edits, audio, grade, both in house and externally, plus voice over artists.
• Build excellent relationships with the Creative Director and Creatives and work collaboratively with other Assistant Producers.
• Research reviews and accolades and ensures clearances, requesting substantiations where required.
• Has knowledge of or a desire to learn about shoots and works with the Producer and PM to help out during pre and postproduction.
• Ensuring programme material is available at the appropriate time for editing of trails in conjunction with the Creative
• Maintaining paperwork associated with delivery of trails including compliance, music reporting, delivery paperwork, artists' contracts etc.
• Maintaining excellent attention to detail and accuracy across all aspects of a project.

Requirements

• Ideally some experience working in a production environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised, easily able to demonstrate successful multi-tasking.
• A flexible and pro-active approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment/calmly under pressure.
