About the role

A leading listed financial services group is looking for a Total Rewards Lead to join its HR department. This is a hands-on, high-impact role covering the full Performance, Compensation & Benefits remit across a multi-country organisation. You will work closely with senior leadership and the Remuneration Committee, and play a key role in shaping rewards strategy and policy.

Responsibilities

  • Annual Compensation & Performance Review
  • Lead data consolidation, extraction and analysis to support annual compensation and performance review cycles across the group
  • Prepare reports for Senior Management and Remuneration Committee (RemCo)
  • Manage cycle timelines and stakeholder communications
  • Provide C&B guidance to Rewards teams across the group's regional offices
  • Compensation Analytics & Policy Design
  • Review off-cycle salary requests, compensation survey proposals and role allowance schemes
  • Manage participation in external compensation surveys - contracts, submissions, analysis and benchmarking
  • Analyse market data and develop recommendations to support organisational and business goals
  • Review employee benefits offerings and propose enhancements aligned to business strategy
  • Guide and develop junior team members on benchmarking and market analysis
  • Policy, Compliance & Projects
  • Review Union Collective Agreements and draft recommendation papers on policy changes
  • Manage international assignee compensation and benefits, including assignment packages and tax matters
  • Contribute to ad-hoc Group Rewards and corporate-wide projects

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of hands-on experience in Performance, Compensation & Benefits
  • Prior experience with listed companies or financial services preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and comfort working with large datasets
  • Experience reviewing and recommending C&B policies and frameworks
  • Comfortable engaging and managing senior stakeholders
