  • Business Analysis
  • Analyse seasonal and category performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive sales, profitability, and future product strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Lead and participate in merchandising and product-related projects, partnering with key stakeholders across the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3-6 years of merchandising experience within the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle industry.
  • Experience managing regional markets, particularly Southeast Asia and Greater China.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is an advantage.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluent in English.
  • A passion for fashion with a strong understanding of consumer trends and the retail landscape.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
