Job Description Essential / Key Job Responsibilities (including supervisory and/or fiscal): Cleaning and disinfection of lab spaces Collect, record, and analyze sample analysis results data accurately Conduct sample analysis testing outlined in protocols Decontamination of complaint samples received in the Lab Documentation of complaint samples received for evaluation purposes Identify and escalate all unexpected sample analysis results to the supervisor and franchise team Maintain good documentation practices (GDP) when recording preliminary and sample analysis results Maintain good laboratory practices (GLP) consistent with biosafety laboratory practices Maintains a clean and safe lab work environment Maintains a professional working relationship with internal and external customers and support staff Participate in project planning, scheduling, and tracking Storage and disposal of complaint samples in accordance with applicable procedures Support continuous improvement of lab processes and test methods Understand and follow procedures and regulatory requirements Use calibrated laboratory equipment and tools Required Qualifications: Ability to work in cross-functional teams Basic problem-solving / troubleshooting skills Detail-oriented Must have proof of Hep B series, be willing to undergo Hep B series, or sign waiver Must have technical writing skills Proficient in MS Office
