Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary media contact for a number of our varsity sports. This includes coordinating all media interaction with the programs' athletes and coaches; game-day operations related to statistical and media activities for home events; and travel as appropriate.
- Manage elements of social media output for their assigned sport teams, including a heavy focus on creative story-telling opportunities for Penn Athletics and team-related accounts for Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Provide support to a responsive web site (supported by SideArm) and updated mobile platforms.
- Support inter-office departmental needs including, but not limited to, the Penn Sports Network/Ivy League on ESPN, marketing, development, Penn Quakers Sports Properties (JMI), facilities/operations.
