Responsibilities
- Support the Chief of Staff with day-to-day execution of strategic initiatives and operational priorities
- Assist in prioritizing and advancing high priority strategic initiatives, including emerging AI-focused projects and process improvements
- Build and maintain project tracking infrastructure (dashboards, trackers, operating cadence materials) and use it to ensure visibility into status, risks, dependencies, and decisions
- Help prepare materials for leadership discussions, including research summaries, briefing documents, meeting notes, and decision-support materials.
- Help identify risks, gaps, and areas requiring executive attention across ongoing projects
- Serve as a flexible, go-to resource for special projects and evolving business needs across the organization
- Diagnose organizational blockers, recommend solutions, and pressure-test strategic decisions
- Act as trusted proxy for the Chief of Staff across the organization on strategic matters
Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience in consulting, banking, business operations, project management, strategy, or a similarly fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree required; open to a variety of academic backgrounds
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to synthesize complex information clearly and concisely
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and executive presence
- Proactive mindset with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Interest in AI, innovation, and operational improvement initiatives
- The annual starting salary for this position is between $75,000 - $100,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
