Supervisory Program Manager

About the role

You will serve as a Supervisory Program Manager in the Public Works Business Line of NAVAL FAC ENGR CMD EUROPE SW ASIA. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing, testing, and advising on new technologies, methods, approaches, and guides for managing program operations and conducting basic quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify problems and recommend solutions and; 2) Tracking program budgets and participating in financial execution and analyzing assigned program/ budgets issues based on current and future scenarios and; 3) Developing long-range plans and strategies, goals, objectives, and milestones.
