About the role
Our client is one of the leading system integrator for M&E MRT project Conceptualize and develop a targeted master program. Work on the progress forecast and prepare the rolling program. Liaise with engineers from different trades and subcontractors in weekly/monthly progress report preparation. Monitor the project progress and advise the project team on clashes, interfaces, constraints, potential delay and risks Update, track and report project progress against planned schedule and status of critical path. Evaluate project delays by monitoring actual progress effectively. Work with the project team to come out catch-up quantities and program when applicable. Perform delay analysis to demonstrate required EOT; keep proper records of all the documents required for EOT and variations claims. Update master program based on the update information such as granted EOT. Prepare EOT submission to clients and consultants.
