Pay: $17.13 vs. commission which ever one is greater As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for presenting our timeshare offerings to potential customers, guiding them through the buying process, and ultimately closing sales. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience. Qualify leads and identify prospective buyers by engaging with customers and understanding their needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including sales activity and follow-up details. Negotiate contracts with prospective customers Answer questions regarding credit term, services, and prices while maintaining customer records. Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs. Other duties as assigned. Education & Experience: One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must hold applicable timeshare license. Proven experience in timeshare sales with a strong understanding of the sales cycle and closing techniques highly preferred. Skills /Knowledge: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with with customers. Self-motivated and driven to succeed with minimal supervision Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Westgate Resorts is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer .
