What You Bring -5 years or more of veterinary technician experience - Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not required - Strong technical skills across anesthesia, surgery, dentistry, and diagnostics - Confidence in coaching, feedback, and team development - Excellent communication and client education skills - Ability to stay organized and lead in a fast-paced environment - High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and accountability Preferred: - Veterinary Technician Certification (CVT/LVT/RVT) - Degree in veterinary technology or related field

  • Applicant Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong focus on client service and patient care
  • Knowledge of animal handling, common veterinary drugs, and clinical procedures
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and professionalism
  • High school diploma (required)
  • 5 years of veterinary technician experience (required)
  • Degree in veterinary or related field (preferred)
  • Veterinary Technician Certification (preferred)
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay: up to $29.00 per hour (based on experience)
  • Sign on Bonus: $3,000 with half paid at 60 days and the remaining at 6 months
