Responsibilities

  • Prepare and oversee financial statements, including, but not limited to, income statements, balance sheets, and trend analysis ' .

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting ( CPA strongly preferred).
  • At least 10+ years of accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in leadership role s.
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar; implementation experience a plus ).
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial modeling.
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting in manufacturing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Robust attention to detail and organizational skills with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills .
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive financial discipline.

The Controller will possess a strong technical accounting background for both public and corporate accounting, the ability to lead, mentor and build a team, and will have a proven track record with progressive advancement in their career. This position will ensure a timely and accurate month-end close process which includes financial reporting and analysis, general ledger reconciliations and supporting documents to prepare for the year-end audit. The Pennsylvania Controller will work closely with the California accounting department and management team to provide financial insights and strategic guidance for department growth.
