- What we need to see:
- 12+ years in recruiting operations, talent acquisition, or HR program management, with significant leadership experience running large, multi-program portfolios
- 5+ years of management experience
- Demonstrated success leading and developing teams - creating a culture of high performance, trust, and shared ownership with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across a large, matrixed organization without direct authority
- Track record of delivering measurable results on global recruiting programs - referrals, candidate engagement, recruiter enablement, and employer brand
- Strong command of LinkedIn recruiting tools and employer branding strategy
- Data-driven approach to program management, with experience building KPIs and translating insights into action
- Exceptional communication skills - able to present to executives, rally cross-functional teams, and advocate for your programs with clarity and credibility

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a high-growth tech company, particularly near engineering, AI/ML, or hardware teams
- Familiarity with enterprise recruiting platforms like Workday

- Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 196,000 USD - 310,500 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits .
