Responsibilities

  • Required Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, or a related field
  • 5 to 10 years of B2B commercial experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Consumer Health
  • Experience in a CDMO environment is preferred
  • Proven experience managing multiple accounts while developing new opportunities in complex environments
  • Strong understanding of the Beauty / Personal Care customer landscape is required
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Strong structuring skills, disciplined pipeline management and reliable forecasting
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior customer stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed and international environment
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel across the EMEA region

Position Summary Location: Remote, Based in the UK ideally close to an international airport. Travel: Up to 50% across EMEA Reports to Head of Beauty EMEA & APAC Role Overview The Business Development Director EMEA - Beauty will be responsible for developing Catalent's Beauty business across the EMEA region. The role combines management of an existing portfolio of approximately 40 Beauty customers, daily commercial, operational and coordination execution, and selective opening of new doors with premium global, regional and national Beauty brands. This is a hands-on, senior commercial role requiring both disciplined account management and targeted business development.
