About the role

As a Key Account Manager in our Spain Commercial Affiliate, reporting to the Business Unit Head, you will maximize budget results and drive growth in your assigned territory. You will be responsible for Comunidades Valenciana , Murcia and Castilla La Mancha . You will play a pivotal role in maintaining CSL's leadership in biotechnology, fostering internal synergies for efficient teamwork across departments. Identify and evaluate sales opportunities using IT resources and Sales Analyst expertise, analyzing data to align with company goals. Manage sales and customer relationships by leveraging data-driven insights and maintaining optimal CRM management. Develop regional account plans based on segmentation and prioritization, overcoming market barriers to optimize promotional investments. Act as a trusted partner, negotiating commercial agreements with stakeholders such as Hospital Managers and Pharmacists to achieve sales objectives. Promote CSL Behring as a market leader in treating rare diseases, ensuring customer familiarity with products and markets. Collaborate with medical, market access, and marketing teams to implement strategic projects and adhere to pharmacovigilance procedures. Share best practices with the sales team, proposing solutions to optimize business outcomes across territories. Facilitate synergies with internal departments, particularly medical and marketing, to enhance project efficiencies. Your Skills and Experience: Scientific University Degree; MBA or commercial training preferred. Minimum 3 years of successful large accounts management experience, with expertise in hospital drug promotion and tender negotiation. Knowledge of tender and negotiated market processes, ideally within the life sciences/pharma sectors. Reporting Relationships: Reports to: Business Unit Head Immunology/HAE
