Responsibilities

  • Strategic Collaboration Work with Retention Strategy, Product Owners, IT, and Analytics to deliver seamless customer journeys and unlock new SFMC capabilities.
  • Guide data pipeline integration to empower richer targeting, personalization, and reporting.
  • Operational Support Act as the first line resource for escalations, troubleshooting, and technical issues in SFMC.
  • Raise support tickets and act as a liaison to IT/Product teams to resolve platform challenges.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of hands-on SFMC experience, including global campaign architecture, development, and execution.
  • Track record of delivering large-scale, multi-region campaigns with high complexity and performance.
  • Deep experience in building advanced automations, journeys, audience segmentation, and data integration within SFMC.
  • Skilled at training and mentoring campaign specialists and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset; able to turn data into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent communicator, collaborator, and influencer at all organizational levels.
  • Obsessive attention to detail and a relentless focus on quality.
  • Technical Skills
  • Must Have: AMPscript, SQL, HTML
  • Good to Have: RESTful API, MC Connector, JavaScript
