- Guide data pipeline integration to empower richer targeting, personalization, and reporting.
- Operational Support Act as the first line resource for escalations, troubleshooting, and technical issues in SFMC.
- Raise support tickets and act as a liaison to IT/Product teams to resolve platform challenges.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of hands-on SFMC experience, including global campaign architecture, development, and execution.
- Track record of delivering large-scale, multi-region campaigns with high complexity and performance.
- Deep experience in building advanced automations, journeys, audience segmentation, and data integration within SFMC.
- Skilled at training and mentoring campaign specialists and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset; able to turn data into actionable improvements.
- Excellent communicator, collaborator, and influencer at all organizational levels.
- Obsessive attention to detail and a relentless focus on quality.
