We are looking for a high-energy, execution-oriented Partner Enablement Manager to build and scale our partner enablement function. This role will own the strategy and execution of training, certification, and activation programs that make Netomi a "go-to" solution across our partner ecosystem. Reporting to the VP, Alliances, Partners & Channels, you will work to ensure our partners teams are trained, incentivized, and excited to position and deliver Netomi solutions. This role is critical to scaling Netomi's partner ecosystem-ensuring our partners are not just trained, but activated, aligned, and driving meaningful revenue and customer impact. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enablement, training, partner programs, or consulting
  • Proven experience leading or supporting training, certification, or onboarding programs
  • Experience working with or alongside consulting firms or system integrators preferred
  • Strong program management and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution
