We're building operational excellence and AI capabilities across US Marketing & Business Development - and this role is at the center of it. You'll work closely with the US Head of MBD to transform how our teams work: creating playbooks for core BD activities, driving adoption of AI tools and martech platforms, and helping partners focus on relationships rather than administrative tasks. This isn't a strategy-only role. You'll embed, optimize, and build systems directly with the teams using them.
