  • Experience interacting with all levels of the organization with a concentrated focus on Senior Management.
  • Notary or ability to achieve designation within 3 months preferred

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
  • The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.
  • Salary Range:
  • 34.74 - 46.15

The position manages legal records and filing systems, maintains document tracking and retention, and supports workflow intake processes to ensure efficient legal operations. * Ability to work on-site in downtown Portland 3 days per month is a requirement of the role. *
