Compensation for this role is PLN 62 000-PLN 67 000 annually As a Customer Care Specialist at RXO, you will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers in the North America market. On our team, you'll have the support to excel at work and the resources to build a career you can be proud of. Work shift : Monday Friday Working Hours : 6:00 - 14:00 Hybrid : after onboarding period 3 days in the office and 2 days Home Office What your day-to-day will look like: Take ownership of customer needs and work internally on behalf of the customer Identify the causes of problems and take appropriate resolution steps Respond to customer inquiries promptly Escalate issues appropriately Enter data accurately for all customer interactions At a minimum, you'll need: 1 year of related work experience Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and other business-related applications English knowledge at B2 level at least (no Polish language needed) It'd be great if you also have: High school diploma or equivalent 3 years of customer service experience any transportation industry experience Familiarity with CRM technology, e.g., Salesforce.com Ability to identify and help implement continuous improvement solutions Ability to understand instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform required tasks Does this sound like you?
