EquipmentShare is looking for an experienced Regional Manager to guide the growth and operations of our Temporary Structures division, playing a key role in building and expanding this emerging line of business. The ideal candidate has a strong background in temporary structures, industrial services, or construction logistics, and can effectively balance client needs with operational execution and profitability. Primary Responsibilities Manage day-to-day project planning and execution, including site assessments, permitting, installation, and equipment removal. Coordinate with logistics teams, field crews, and safety personnel to ensure efficient operations and compliance with company and industry standards. Monitor inventory levels and support equipment maintenance and lifecycle management initiatives. Assist in identifying and pursuing business opportunities within industrial sectors such as oil & gas, utilities, manufacturing, and large-scale construction. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and procurement teams to support ongoing and future projects. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure equipment availability and support project execution. Supervise and support a team of project coordinators and field personnel. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to promote employee development and operational excellence. Foster a positive, safety-focused work environment. Assist with departmental budget tracking, project cost management, and revenue performance monitoring. Track key operational metrics and prepare regular reports on project status, productivity, and financial performance. Ensure projects comply with applicable safety regulations, environmental requirements, and client-specific standards.
