Your role This role combines both commercial and operational responsibilities within the student housing sector. It focuses on supporting prospective tenants throughout the rental journey, coordinating team operations, and ensuring performance targets are met in a fast-paced, seasonal environment. It also involves close collaboration with management on KPI tracking, process improvement, onboarding, and team support across multiple cities in France. Commercialization Commercialization of the housing portfolio (student residences) Drive conversion of housing inquiries through personalized support and strong market expertise (understanding tenants' needs in terms of housing type, rental duration, and rental format such as shared accommodation or individual housing). Handle and manage incoming requests (calls and emails) from prospective tenants across several cities in France. Prepare and manage rental application files with future tenants. Coordination of Operations Support the senior lead in organizing tasks/projects and defining priorities. Help distribute responsibilities across the region and ensure workload balance within the team. Assist in preparing weekly meetings. Daily reporting. Help monitor and drive follow-up on key KPIs. Work alongside the senior lead to ensure targets are achieved (applications, occupied units, cancellation tracking, etc.). Participate in and/or lead pre-season manager meetings. Proactive Approach & Operational Issue Management Be solution-oriented and capable of proposing solutions or resolving operational issues (under the lead's supervision). Improve internal processes. Support the onboarding and training of new team members. Participate in training sessions. Guide new employees (especially seasonal staff) through hands-on coaching and by communicating operational best practices and expectations. Your team You will be joining the Sales Locataires team within Studapart which consists of 15 team members. You will be onboarding the tenants onto our platform, assisting them with their questions and providing them with the best accommodation that matches their needs. Your profile 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles Fluent in French & English and confident communicating with international students Eager to learn, contribute to process improvements, and support onboarding during high season Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills Detail-oriented in handling applications, reporting, and follow-ups Adaptable and committed to delivering an excellent tenant experience
