Overall Responsibilities: Manage and execute all aspects of marketing and design for four countries (specify countries). Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and design trends. II. Marketing Responsibilities: Digital Strategy: Conduct market research and competitor analysis for each target country. Develop and maintain a digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Identify and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns. Set marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively. Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Manage event logistics and ensure smooth execution. Develop and manage brand awareness campaigns. Coordinate with external partners such as agencies and vendors. Create compelling marketing content (e.g., blog posts, social media posts, email marketing content). Analyze campaign performance and make adjustments as needed. III. Design Responsibilities: Master Templates: Develop and maintain master design templates for websites, ads, social media platforms, and other digital assets. Ensure templates are user-friendly and adaptable across different formats. Maintain brand guidelines and ensure design consistency across all platforms. Design Application: Design and develop digital assets (e.g., banners, graphics, presentations) based on marketing campaign needs. Collaborate with marketing team to ensure alignment between design and marketing objectives. Stay updated on design trends and best practices. IV. Additional Responsibilities: Support with administrative tasks as needed. Stay organized and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
