About the role

You will join a highly skilled, cross ‑ functional team within the Private Individuals domain, focused on building and governing data solutions that enable advanced analytics and smarter business decisions. The team works at the intersection of business, data, and technology, collaborating closely with Product Owners, data engineers, and multiple Product Tribes. Manage stakeholder expectations and support planning together with the squad. Ensure full alignment with GDPR, IT Risk, Data Governance, and audit requirements. What you bring to the team Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant roles. Strong analytic skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets. Solid knowledge of data ecosystems, data integration processes, and data flows. Good knowledge of banking products and processes. Good knowledge of SQL (medium level); Knowledge and experience with data modeling techniques and with business terms glossaries is a plus. Excellent problem analyzer and ability to identify the optimal solution. Strong analytic skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets. Strong communication skills, essential for stakeholder management; very good English proficiency for defining business terms. Able to work independently, capable to meet certain deadlines - you make things happen. Proactive, solution ‑ oriented mindset, and comfortable challenging the status quo.
