Software Engineer, Connected Audio, Sensing & Connectivity

About the role

As part of the Connected Audio team, you will develop breakthrough technologies that power the next generation of AirPods and Apple accessories-products that have redefined personal audio worldwide. The development will include working across Wireless Connectivity, ML, System Engineering, and other areas, to create seamless, end-to-end features spanning iOS, macOS, and tvOS.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop cutting-edge software solutions for Apple's headphone and accessories ecosystem
• Create seamless, intuitive experiences that delight millions of users worldwide
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring groundbreaking products to life

Requirements

• MS in Computer Science / related field with 3+ years of experience is preferred
• Experience with Embedded Software development
• Experience with building system modules interfacing with AIML
• Experience with Multimodal Machine Learning
• Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with others
• Experience leading projects, and managing execution
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• BS with 5+ years of industry experience
• Strong programming skills and proficiency in Object C / Swift
• Experience in software development
• Good understanding of Operating Systems concepts
