Production Leader Material handling- Tuve Plant

Responsibilities

• Your future team
• The logistics team at the Tuve Plant consists of around 600 employees across several areas, from goods receiving to the delivery of completed trucks. You will be part of a team of Production Leaders who share a common vision of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Lead and manage a team of 40 professionals in a fast paced logistics environment.- Foster a culture of creativity, problem solving, and collaboration within the team.- Build on the achievements of the previous manager, ensuring a seamless transition and continuous improvement.- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics principles and flows.- Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
• This is you
• To be successful in this role, you need to have proven experience in logistics management or a related field, as well as strong leadership skills with a focus on fostering creativity and collaboration.You also need to have:
• A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team- Knowledge of and experience with Lean methodology- The ability to communicate in both Swedish and English
