Responsibilities
- Own and evolve digital analytics strategy across behavioral, transactional, and customer data, leveraging Google Analytics (GA4) alongside enterprise data sources to ensure accurate tracking, tagging strategy, event design, data integrity, and consistency across digital properties.
- Build dashboards and reporting in Tableau that drive decision-making across marketing, product, and leadership.

- What You Need to be Successful:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years in digital analytics, insights, or measurement roles, with deep hands-on experience in modern, event-driven analytics environments.
- Strong experience building clear, actionable dashboards and insights in Tableau.
- Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager and experience using BigQuery for data ingestion, including event taxonomy and advanced analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly.
- Must be able to interpret and translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights, and recommendations.

This role will be responsible for building analytics foundations while delivering clear, actionable insights across digital channels. (Note: Relocation is not being offered at this time)
