Role Overview: Provide efficient and effective administration support to ensure the smooth running of a functional area. A r e y ou s om e on e who can: Compile management accounts in a timely and efficient manner to support effective tracking and management of costs and expenses against approved budgets and/or forecasts, to assist the Executive in driving cost efficiencies across the segment operations. Execute on Group Finance assigned tasks with professionalism, accuracy and completeness, within agreed timelines Conduct daily monitoring of General Ledger entries and manage office accounts, suspense and clearing accounts with reconciliations, and prioritising investigation and clearing reconciling items Resolve stakeholder queries promptly and professionally, ensuring all issues are addressed within agreed timelines. Maintain accurate and efficient tracking systems to monitor administrative activities, deadlines, and process workflows. Support better business decisions by providing reliable data insights, analyzing trends, and sharing meaningful business intelligence. Support the Enterprise Risk Management function in executing Group insurance responsibilities (e.g. help with co-ordinating feedback from asset verification exercises, cost accounting of insurance costs and insurance claims). Be a team player and key co-ordinator in supporting Group Risk office administration and operational duties Y ou w ill b e a n i de a l ca ndid a t e i f y ou: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Have 1 to 3 years of experience in preferably a finance, alternatively an administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
