Sales Associate (Luxury Watches)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty
• Assist customers in selecting products by providing professional sales advice tailored to their needs
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer engagement
• Follow up on customer enquiries promptly and deliver excellent after-sales service to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including new arrivals and promotions, to inform customers accurately
• Ensure the showroom is well-presented and merchandise is attractively displayed to enhance customer experience
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
• Support inventory management by assisting with stock replenishment and monitoring stock levels when required
• Required competencies and certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the sales industry
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated through customer interactions
• Customer-oriented attitude with a positive and proactive approach
• Self-motivated and responsible with a sales-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays when required

• Working Hours
• Monday to Friday: 10:15 AM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:15 AM - 6:00 PM
• Work Schedule: 6-day workweek
• Rest Day: Every Sunday
