Circles is looking for an energetic, commercially driven, and hungry General Manager (GM) to spearhead our market operations, drive growth, and own the regional business footprint. This is not a traditional corporate maintenance role-we need a builder who is eager to make a massive impact and prove themselves on a global stage. As the GM, you will hold full accountability for the regional business performance, spanning the entire lifecycle from expansion to renewals. You will work in a lockstep, co-ownership model with our Field Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to seamlessly bridge commercial ambition with cutting-edge telco technology, unlocking massive ecosystem value. Key Accountabilities Full P&L Ownership: Drive target financial performance, taking absolute accountability for regional annual revenue, margin management, and bottom-line health. Joint Expansion Targets: Partner directly with the Field CTO to identify, pursue, and capture new market expansion opportunities, combining commercial strategy with technical capability. Retention & Renewal: Safeguard existing revenue streams by building deep client relationships and securing long-term contract renewals across our portfolio. Ecosystem & Relationship Management: Act as the primary face of Circles in the market, establishing high-trust relationships with major operators, regulatory bodies, and enterprise partners.
