Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, make travel arrangements, support leadership leverage Microsoft suite of applications
- Respond to incoming requests and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
- Administrative support may include scanning, faxing, copying and filing/storing documents
- Provides analytical and administrative support to relieve manager or team of administrative duties
- Executes special or continuous research and data analysis tasks
- Analyzes issues, determines approach and prepares report/recommendation.
- Interacts with other employees at all levels to gather information and coordinate activities between departments and outside parties
- Coordinates on-site for executives. Leads or co-leads major executive events, such as leadership summits, town halls, offsites, or board-prep cycles-ensuring high-quality logistics, communication, and deliverables.
- May have office management responsibilities for a site. Oversees day-to-day office operations, including space planning, supply management, vendor coordination, and administrative compliance-to create a smooth, well-run environment for associates and leaders.

Requirements
- Typically requires a minimum of two years of related experience.
- Experience with Microsoft applications & expense management system (Concur) required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Organizing

- Salary range: $21 hourly - $33.50 hourly
