About the role

- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning activities. - Partner with business stakeholders on manpower requirements and HR initiatives. - Drive learning and development programmes to support employee growth and organisational needs. - Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture. - Provide HR advisory and support to managers and employees on HR policies and practices. - Monitor and improve HR processes, policies, and employee experience. - Prepare HR reports, workforce analysis, and management updates. - Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services. - Handle other HR projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.
