Requirements

  • Fluent German (C1/C2) - essential for engaging DACH prospects effectively
  • Business-level English proficiency
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, SDR, or outbound prospecting roles
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Located in Germany (Munich, Berlin, or Hamburg) or willing to relocate

  • Salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 USD annually
