About the role

About you We are seeking someone who is: Professionally qualified (MRICS + Registered Valuer) Experienced in valuation and estate management Confident working independently and managing a varied workload Skilled in negotiation and stakeholder engagement Politically aware and customer-focused Able to travel throughout the county as required (full UK driving licence) Welsh language skills at Level 3 are required for this role. If you do not currently meet this level, we will support you to gain the necessary skills following appointment, including access to learning opportunities during working hours.
