Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or a fast-moving operational role
  • Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Digital Business, Growth Marketing, Entrepreneurship or a related commercial/technical field
  • Strong analytical and structural thinking - you can turn complex problems into clear outputs
  • Passion for emerging technologies and a tech-savvy mindset, with a specific interest in AI tools and their business applications
  • A growth mindset: curious, self-driven, and comfortable being challenged, the discipline to work independently and the instinct to ask the right questions
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in German and English
