People Partner (Maternity Cover)

About the role

As People Partner, you will work closely with leaders and key stakeholders to deliver people solutions that support organisational goals and enhance the colleague experience. You'll use insight, data and strong commercial judgement to support decision-making, build leadership capability and foster a positive, high-performing culture. Key responsibilities include: - Providing expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, investigations and case management. - Coaching leaders to strengthen people leadership, performance and engagement. - Driving talent, succession and workforce planning initiatives. - Using people data and insights to identify trends, opportunities and risks. - Supporting organisational change, restructures, acquisitions and integration projects. - Building trusted relationships and influencing stakeholders across the business. - Leading and developing a People Advisor and Learning & Development Coordinator. About You You'll be a credible People professional who combines commercial thinking with genuine care for people. You'll bring: - Experience as a People Partner, HR Business Partner or senior HR professional. - Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. - Proven experience managing complex employee relations and organisational change. - Excellent coaching, communication and influencing skills. - High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust, navigate challenging conversations and support leaders through change. - A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to work autonomously across multiple locations. - A passion for creating inclusive, high-performing cultures where people feel valued, supported and able to achieve their potential.
