Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance operations, controllership, audit, governance, or compliance functions.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Job Description Provide end-to-end finance operational support to faculties and schools, including financial master data maintenance, budget transfers, and issue resolution. Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial transactions, records, and reporting through strong governance and internal controls. Review and maintain financial master data, dormant accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and Risk Control Matrices (RCMs) to uphold data integrity and compliance. Advise Finance Business Partners and stakeholders on finance policies, procedures, governance requirements, and transaction-related matters. Drive continuous process improvements by identifying control gaps, operational inefficiencies, and implementing remediation initiatives.
