We are looking for a Reports Analyst. Should be analytical and an excellent communicator with quantitative skills. Our most successful candidates will have: - At least 2 years of Reports Analyst experience. - Experience with the usage of Google Sheets - Bachelor/Master's degree preferred but not required. - Proficient in MS Office applications. - Ability to work with minimum supervision. - Experience in MS Excel Reporting with MS Access. - Experience in Power point, Pivot, slicers, and PowerPivot - Create daily, weekly, and Monthly reports for leadership team. - Well versed in MS Excel formulas, functions, and controls - Deliver solution that meet end to end requirements of the clients. - Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude. - Continually improve reporting process to increase the efficiency. - Ability to learn new concepts and tools is essential. Internal: Must have FY25 PDP score of Exceeds Most or Clearly Exceeds. Tenure of at least 18 months. No Active DA. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
