About the role

Investigations Coordinators are responsible for managing key administrative aspects of the firm's Premises Liability case opening procedures. This position's ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent investigative skills, and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced workplace. Responsibilities

  • Meticulously manage assigned case load, quickly and efficiently conducting thorough research, creating roles and drafting letters.
  • Identify cases where consultation with case staff is needed prior to sending opening letters and expertly manage the backlog of cases requiring more information or attorney approval.
  • Maintain high productivity without sacrificing quality.
  • Order investigations with outside firms as needed.
  • Effectively communicate with the Premises Investigations team, investigation firms, case staff and attorneys, and other members of the firm regarding your assigned cases.
  • Qualification
  • Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience as an investigator or case manager (preferred).
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and critical thinking ability.
  • Extensive computer and database expertise, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and type no less than 40 wpm.
  • This role is on-site, which gives you the chance to be fully immersed in the work and gain direct experience alongside the team.
