About the role

You'll work closely with senior leaders across your portfolio to shape and deliver people strategies that enable business performance across a diverse, multi-site education environment. You'll act as a trusted advisor on all aspects of HR-balancing strategic input with hands-on delivery across workforce planning, employee relations, organisational change and talent initiatives.

Responsibilities
